Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Our guides are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun providing the content after you have (1) expressly consented to us beginning the provision before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) confirmed your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB). You give this consent and acknowledgment at checkout, and we confirm it to you on a durable medium with your order. As access is granted immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal will, as a rule, no longer apply.
Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal described above, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as a goodwill gesture. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, simply email us at contact@10x-aero.com and we will refund your purchase in full. We will then revoke your access to the guide. This voluntary guarantee is granted in addition to, and does not restrict, your statutory rights.
